Check-in and check-out
Check-in is possible from 16:00 (4:00 PM) on the day of arrival.
Check-out must take place before 12:00 (noon) on the day of departure.
If availability allows, early check-in may be possible upon prior request.
Guests arriving earlier in Bruges or departing later may leave their luggage with us temporarily, allowing them to enjoy the city comfortably.
Maximum occupancy
Each room may only be occupied by the number of guests for which the reservation was made.
Minors
Minor guests must always be accompanied by an adult.
Reservations made by unaccompanied minors are not permitted.
House rules
To ensure the comfort of all guests, the following rules apply:
Smoking is not permitted inside the building.
Parties or events are not allowed.
Guests are expected to respect other guests and the quiet atmosphere of the house.
La Villa Rosa reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a stay if the house rules are not respected.
Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Costs for repairs, replacement or additional cleaning may be charged.
Liability
La Villa Rosa cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings of guests.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax of the city of Bruges is not included in the room price and will be charged according to the applicable rates.
Force majeure
La Villa Rosa cannot be held liable for failure to fulfil its obligations in cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes or other unforeseen circumstances.
Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bruges.
